Gone with the wind: Burning of Atlanta scene

- two major scenes to make up the whole full scene
- one: fight in the alley two: burning of depot
- fight in the alley:
- establishing shot
- rapid editing
- close up shots to show fear on Scarlett's face
- tight framing of the fight
- music dramatises more as the fight quickens or gets vicious
- burning of depot:
- classical editing

I have chosen this film for my essay on the annalisation of film, the part i will annalise is the scene when Atalanta is burnt, due to the many micro-elements and clever scene shots. Hopefully the essay will be a success!

Yo i'm Lucy, this is my first bit of post for my new film and media blog. I love films and the way thy are made to the specific type of genre and syle. I specifically like the good old Rom-coms (romantic comedies) and the old fashioned made films like 'Gone with the Wind' and 'Magnificent seven'. But all films interest me to be honest. So i will hopefully fill this blog with notes and interesting info!
